That includes accessibility, representation, different ways people connect and participate, and removing barriers where we realistically can.
I won't pretend we'll get everything perfect.
But I will keep asking questions, listening to the answers and doing the work to make the room better.
Because a room full of different perspectives isn't just a more inclusive room. It's a more valuable one.
